He graduated from the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, has a master’s degree in Corporate Law from the same university (2011) and studies in intellectual property and competition. In addition, he has an Executive MBA from Universitat de Barcelona Business School (2015).

He has completed specialization courses in Advertising Law from ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona (2015) and at Escuela de la Competencia y Propiedad Intelectual del INDECOPI (2010).

Before joining the firm, he was the head of the Legal Department of a multinational corporation and was in charge of legal and regulatory affairs in 16 American countries.

Marco provides comprehensive corporate legal advice to different clients from the foods, beverage, cosmetics, agroindustry and direct sales sectors and is responsible of legal consultancy in regulatory matters, free competition, unfair competition, advertising, consumer protection and personal data from the firm’s clients.

He was head of legal of a leading business conglomerate in the automotive, real estate and railway transportation sectors and he is experienced in business structuring, complex corporate transactions and acquisitions in several industries.

He is a university professor of commercial law, consumer protection and civil law in both Business and Law Schools in different Peruvian universities and has published articles is specialized magazines.
